How It Works

How the Earth Employment Process Works

Our process begins with a simple CV submission. We then review your experience and contact you if your profile may match an employer's requirements.

Check How Our Procedure Works
01

Stage 1: General Enquiry

Email your latest CV and basic information to Earth Employment.

  • Work history
  • Education
  • Qualifications
  • Skills
  • Contact information
  • Current location
02

Stage 2: Initial Profile Review

Our team reviews your occupation, experience, responsibilities, education, trade qualifications, language ability, and employer requirements.

This is an initial review and is not an employment or immigration decision.

03

Stage 3: Candidate Contact

If your profile appears relevant, an Earth Employment team member may contact you.

  • Previous work
  • Tools and equipment used
  • Certifications
  • Language ability
  • Availability
  • Job preferences
  • Willingness to relocate
04

Stage 4: Screening Interview

Some candidates may attend an initial online interview to discuss experience, communication ability, employment expectations, and role fit.

Passing an Earth Employment interview does not guarantee employer selection.

05

Stage 5: Employer Review

Suitable candidate profiles may be submitted to a Canadian employer.

  • Review the CV
  • Request more information
  • Conduct an interview
  • Select another candidate
  • Keep the profile for future consideration
  • Make a conditional employment offer

The final hiring decision belongs to the employer.

06

Stage 6: Employment Documentation

If a candidate is selected, relevant employment information should be provided in writing.

  • Job title
  • Employer
  • Work location
  • Wage
  • Working hours
  • Main duties
  • Employment duration
  • Benefits
  • Employment conditions
  • Required documents
07

Stage 7: Professional and Relocation Support

Where required, Earth Employment may coordinate with relevant professionals and service providers.

  • Authorized immigration representatives
  • Canadian lawyers
  • Document specialists
  • Medical examination providers
  • Translation services
  • Travel providers
  • Relocation-support services

Professional or government decisions remain outside Earth Employment's control.

08

Stage 8: Pre-Departure Support

Selected candidates may receive guidance before travel and arrival.

  • Required documents
  • Travel preparation
  • Employer information
  • Workplace expectations
  • Canadian weather
  • Accommodation information
  • Arrival planning
  • Important contact details
